FAQ

How will my order be handled?
Good Land Supply Co., Apparel is a Division of Brew City Brand. We are dedicated to serving distribution representatives and decorators in the promotional products industry. If you are not a current distribution customer, we will ask that you fill out our new customer form. You may want us to fill out a new vendor form. An approved mockup and the purchase of a pre-production sample is standard.

Upon order of pre-production sample, setting up an account with the intention of a minimum order of (144) custom garments is required. Garments are custom and ship blank.

Is there design assistance?
You can create a mockup on your own with the downloadable template and use Adobe Illustrator’s eye dropper tool to color your design. If your design is more extensive than the templates allow you may request design assistance from us through your distribution representative or decorator.

Is there a design charge?
Good Land Supply Co., Apparel may help with the mockup and artwork design through the assistance of your distribution representative. A designated flat rate of $175.00 will allow you one design and one change. Beyond that, design fees apply.

What do I need to provide for artwork?
Screen printing is performed on fabric before cut and sew of certain garments. Those garments require artwork. Please send vector images to your Distribution Representative to coordinate design services with Good Land Supply Co., Apparel. Vector art is needed. Branding kits are appreciated when you request art detail assistance. Styles such as Custom Pocket Fleece, Custom Pocket Jersey, Bing “Ugly Sweater”, and other mockups require fabric color, high-res images, vector artwork, and print pantone colors.

May I request a specific color for my screen-printing integrated apparel items?
We stock our fleece and jersey fabric. We have dozens of fabric colors, and we may come close to what you are looking for. Please indicate the PMS color and fabric selections on your template. Screen print ink in multiple colors can become heavy. Therefore, we recommend ink max as (2) colors. See our colored mock-ups for inspiration.

What is your minimum order?
We start at (144) quantities for each custom colorized silhouette that you choose, and within that quantity you can order multiple sizes.

What is your maximum order?
Our products and pricing is listed on ASI, SAGE, and we provide pricing at quantities of 144, 300, 500, and 1000. Please contact your distribution representative for pricing over 1500 units for assistance.

How long will it take to receive a pre-sales sample?
A pre-sales random sample requests are accepted with a credit card and shipper number. Please allow a week to pull and ship. This is a custom apparel program, therefore our samples are limited.

May I custom design a new silhouette that is not currently offered?
Yes, changes to the current silhouettes are acceptable from time to time. Talk with your distribution representative or decorator about what you have in mind. If it is fleece, jersey, or both, we are open to exploring the concept with you. If it is something completely different made from fleece or jersey, send us an art detail and a sample to review to meet your request.

Will you decorate my apparel order?
Good Land Supply Co. Apparel Division provides blank custom apparel shipped directly to you or your decorator of choice. Our primary goal is to support distribution representatives and decorators in the promotional products industry with unique custom apparel options. Our apparel ships blank.

Where is my order shipping from?
Our products are designed, assembled, cut and sewn in the United States. We ship the full order direct to your location of choice, FOB California. Custom apparel cut and sewn in the USA from imported fabric.

How quickly will I get my full order?
Standard fleece or jersey silhouette order will take approximately 6-8 weeks. Apparel items that integrate screen printing as part of the clothing may require up to 12 weeks. In either case, production sample purchase and your customer’s approval are required. Production samples are produced upon receipt of the PO for the full order.

How soon may I see my production sample?
This is a custom apparel program. We require a production sample purchase so that you and your customer are certain about your apparel colors and color placement. The cost of a production sample is $120.00 (V). A production sample will take about 2 weeks. Shipping is included in the order. If your pre-production sample requires integrated screen printing such as (Motorhead Deux, Custom Pocket items, or Bing) that sample will take about 3 weeks.

Does Good Land Supply Co – Custom Apparel respond to bid requests?
Our custom apparel program allows for distributors to work closely with their customers for something unique. We specialize in vintage looking jersey and fleece garments with old-school screen printing to get the look you want. Our custom apparel program is unique, and we would much rather work closely with you for a successful project.

Do you do custom dye fabric?
Typically, we do not. But if you have a very large project, please contact us to explore the options we may provide.

Do you have a rush program?
We do not have a rush program currently. Please see our production timelines above.

Will you arrange for printing or embroidery as part of the custom apparel order?
We ship our custom apparel blank and directly to your or your trusted decorator.

Do you accept returns?
The preproduction sample process is essential. Acceptance of the color, fabric, design, and quality is required upon receipt of the preproduction sample.Full orders ship FOB California. Good Land Supply, Co. generally does not accept returns for Custom Apparel.
